If you would prefer not to have the user manually change or reset their password, contact iDetail Support Team for assistance.
Please note that iDetail Support can only change a user’s password; they do not have the ability to reset a user’s password.
Steps to contact iDetail Support
Send an email request to support@idetailapp.com
Explain the situation and include the organization name, user name, and new password in the email
Request should be completed within the time frame of your organization’s Service Level Agreement
