iDetail and iDAS apps use a dynamic token generation scheme to enhance security.

In addition to using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) for encrypting content data and API calls passed between the Web Service and the iOS app, all iDetail apps starting with version 3.8.6 and iDAS apps starting with version 3.8.7 have been updated to use a more secure dynamic token generation scheme.

Within the iDetail web service, it is possible to reset or change your password. However at this time only the user can reset their own password. The organization admin does not have this permission.
